Pre-Inspection
Our team will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. We will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have.

Pre-Vacuum
80% of the soil in your carpet is dry soil. Dry soil is removed thoroughly by vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most vitally crucial steps in any of our carpet cleaning processes.

Furniture Moving
Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables and smaller items. Beds, dressers and heavier pieces may cost extra to move. Our technicians can quote the exact cost to move any heavier pieces.

Pre-Spray
A preconditioning solution is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots delivering unbeatable professional results.

HWE and Rinse
The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed by hot water extraction up to 230 degrees, without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind.

Neutralizer
Rinsing with a neutralizer the chemical residue is removed leaving carpets ph balanced so that there is no sticky residue left behind, leaving your carpet soft and fresh!

Post Groom
Your carpet is professionally groomed so that carpet’s pile is standing tall when we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position.

Inspection
